Thank you for your purchase. We are confident that you will love our socks, however if your not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.
You are able to return you product within 15 calendar from the original date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please notify us in advance by using our contact us form or emailing email@example.com that you wish to return a product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. You will usually receive the credit within 5 business days, however this is dependent on your payment platform policies.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us either through our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and do everything we can do correct the issue. You will either be provided with a new product or a refund, depending on your preference. Please be sure to include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
